Modems and Call-out devices
TopView uses modems and call-out devices for delivery of notification messages. Cellular modems/devices can be used for SMS/text notification, and call-out devices for Voice notification.

- AT&T users may experience a disruption to service when AT&T ends 3G support in early 2022 and should apply firmware 5.3.5 or later

- March 2021: PCNs that describe the issue with manual instructions for fix (prior to firmware 5.3.5 release)
