TopView for AVEVA Connect – Release
AVEVA CONNECT Data Services (CDS) is a cloud platform for storing, accessing, and analyzing real-time data.
TopView for AVEVA Connect allows AVEVA Connect customers to monitor and configure TopView alarms for stream data in AVEVA Connect.

ClickSend: New hosted SMS Provider
Previous versions of TopView support Twilio as a hosted/cloud SMS provider for TopView.
This release adds support for ClickSend.
ClickSend is a hosted platform for businesses to communicate with customers and employees through SMS and MMS. TopView uses their API and your ClickSend credentials to send SMS messages and read the account inbox.
A new configuration document for Twilio and ClickSend is installed with TopView and contains details on each service, how to configure the service in TopView, and additional details around registering your phone number with the SMS service (anti-spam rules).
SMS Alarm Report Request (new feature)
Allows users to send an SMS message to TopView to request an alarm summary report.
OPC Server redundancy based on %tags with bad status
OPC Classic/DCOM: With an OPC Server Alias Group, the user can define a primary and failover OPC Server that contain the same tags. In previous versions, TopView would connect to the failover machine if the connection to the primary failed.
In addition to connection failure, failover can also be defined for a percentage of tags with bad status. The %bad setting is available on the OPC Server Alias Group settings screen.

SMS Notification: Support for MultiTech rCell 300
Previous versions of TopView support the MultiTech rCell 100 cellular modem for SMS.
The rCell 100 has reached near end-of-life and the replacement device is the rCell 300.
