TopView Information Icon

The TopView Information Icon runs in the System Notification Area of the TopView machine.
It can display new alarms in a pop-up bubble and play audible alarms.
It also allows quick access to running, interactive TopView Engines instances, the TopView Configurator, and TopView Admin Tools.
