If you do not have the Microsoft .Net Framework installed,
download and install the .Net Framework before you attempt to run
the Remote Viewer:
Once you have the .Net Framework
installed, you can
download the Remote Viewer executable below.
You may want to create a new directory for the Remote
Viewer. Ensure that the users of the Remote Viewer
have write access to the directory of the Remote Viewer executable.
Download the version of the Remote Viewer which
is the same version as TopView.
If the same version does not exist,
download the version which is closest to, but before, your version
of TopView.
If you have
problems viewing the help file (.chm), right-click the downloaded
file,
choose Properties and
click [Unblock]
Why do I get a
security error when I run the Remote Viewer?
Your company may have a default .Net Security policy which
prevents .Net assemblies from running properly unless given
permission to do so. You can adjust the .Net security for the Remote
Viewer. Follow the steps in the documentation to change the
permission of the Remote Viewer executable.
