EXELE's ECHO DataStream Configurator,
an Add-In to Microsoft Excel, allows you to quickly create, edit,
and delete ECHO data streams.

Installation Instructions:
1. Place the downloaded Add-In file (ECHODSConfig.xla) in a known
location on you rmachine
2. Start Excel 2000/XP
3. Choose Tools...Add-ins from the top menu
4. Browse to the downloaded file ECHODSConfig.xla
5. You should now see "ECHO Data Stream Configurator" is your list
of Add-Ins
6. Check
"ECHO Data Stream Configurator" and click the [OK] button
7. You should
now see "ECHO" on Excel's top menu
